We hope you have enjoyed your home and we welcome any suggestions you might have when it comes to making our communities even better! In order to make your move as smooth as possible, below is a reminder as to our move-out procedures. We expect to show your apartment to prospective residents. Our lease gives us this right. We do make every effort to phone ahead or notify you prior to any showing, however drop-ins do occur. Our lease provides that the Resident will move out of the Apartment when this lease ends at 12:00 noon on the last day of the month. If the Resident moves out after this Lease ends, he or she shall be liable to Management for prorated rent and any resulting losses, including rent, court costs and attorney’s fees. You are required to schedule a check out inspection with the Rental Office to go through your apartment, turn in keys, verify forwarding addresses and address any other closing business. It is essential that you are present for this check out inspection. Your security deposit may not be used for any payment of rent. It is refundable within twenty one (21) days after you move out. Any cleaning or damage charges incurred by the Resident will be deducted from your security deposit. Any charges exceeding the amount of your security deposit will be billed to you within the same time frame. We have truly appreciated you making our community home and would greatly appreciate recommendations to friends and family in the future. If there is anything that we can do to make your transition out of our community easier, please do not hesitate to contact the Rental Office.
